Shivjee Sharma
Shivjee Sharma brings over 20+ years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, having worked across design, execution, and operations roles in the industry. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in projects spanning potable water RO, STP, ETP, and large-scale CETP installations, delivered for clients across the textile, food processing, automobile, and building/infrastructure sectors, among others. His experience includes working on projects from the concept and feasibility stage through to detailed design, installation, and commissioning, as well as long-term plant operation, maintenance, and AMC management. This breadth allows him to bring a practical, field-tested perspective to every project rather than a purely theoretical one.
Dr. Elena Vance
Dr. Elena Vance brings over 15 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, having worked across design and execution roles in the industry. Over the course of her career, she has been involved in projects spanning potable water RO (brackish & seawater), high-spec disinfection systems (UV, Ozone), and purification loops, delivered for clients across the pharmaceutical, semiconductor fabrication, and food processing sectors. Her experience includes working on projects from the concept and feasibility stage through to detailed design, validation, and commissioning. This breadth allows her to bring a practical, field-tested perspective to every project rather than a purely theoretical one.
Marcus Thorne
Marcus Thorne brings over 18 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, having worked across design, execution, and operations roles in the industry. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in projects spanning pre-engineered package plants and custom-built Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) using SAFF, MBBR, and MBR technologies, delivered for residential, commercial, institutional, and municipal projects. His experience includes working on projects from the concept and feasibility stage through to detailed design, installation, and commissioning, as well as long-term plant operation and maintenance. This breadth allows him to bring a practical, field-tested perspective to every project rather than a purely theoretical one.
Siddharth Mehta
Siddharth Mehta brings over 12 years of experience in water and wastewater engineering, having worked across execution and operations roles in the industry. Over the course of his career, he has been involved in projects spanning Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) and Common Effluent Treatment Plants (CETPs), delivered for clients across the textile, automobile, ceramics, and printing sectors, among others. His experience includes working on projects from the concept and feasibility stage through to installation, commissioning, and long-term plant operation, maintenance, and AMC management. This breadth allows he to bring a practical, field-tested perspective to every project rather than a purely theoretical one.
