Textile Manufacturing
High-COD color removal and effluent recovery.
We design and install specialized Effluent Treatment Plants (ETPs) for the textile sector. We integrate biochemical oxidation trains with advanced membrane filtration (RO) to separate dyes, handle high organic load, and support zero liquid discharge.
Case: Delivered a textile ETP featuring complete color removal and a 90% water recycling rate, reclaiming process water for factory reuse.

Food Processing & Hatcheries
Handling heavy organic load, oils, grease, and biological limits.
Process wastewater from hatcheries, aquaculture, and food factories is rich in biological fats, proteins, and oils. We engineer specialized pre-treatment, DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation) systems, and biological reactors to satisfy organic discharge rules.
Case: Commissioned a biological ETP for a processing facility, handling grease and achieving compliant local discharge limits under transient loading.

Automobile Manufacturing
Treating heavy metal contamination, oils, and paint shop wash water.
Automobile and auto-component assembly plants generate complex effluents with heavy metals, solvents, paints, and lubricants. We build ETPs with chemical coagulation-precipitation, sand/carbon filtration, and RO recycling loops.
Case: Engineered an automotive ETP loop that isolates metal-finishing wastewater and recycles wash water, minimizing fresh water intake.

Pharmaceuticals & Hospitals

Pharmaceutical laboratories and hospitals discharge active ingredients and biological pathogens that resist regular treatment. We configure ETPs using advanced oxidation (Ozonation, UV oxidation) to degrade complex molecules before discharge.
Case: Installed an advanced oxidation system for a pharmaceutical plant, destroying chemical residues and passing strict environmental audits.

Ceramics & Printing
Managing mineral solids, suspended particulates, inks, and solvents.
From ceramics glaze slurry with heavy mineral sediment to printing presses with ink solvents and chemical additives, we build robust physical-chemical treatment plants to isolate particulates and clarify process water.
Case: Designed a settlement and filtration ETP loop that separates printing inks and recycles process water through the packaging line.

Residential Townships & Buildings
Compact package and custom STPs for water reuse.
We design, build, and operate Sewage Treatment Plants (STPs) using SAFF, MBBR, or MBR configurations for townships, commercial offices, and malls. Treated water is recycled for toilet flushing, cooling towers, and landscaping.
Case: Commissioned a compact Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) package STP for a commercial IT park, providing high-purity water for HVAC cooling.
